Frost cant update

hello,
i have problem with runing the game.when i press "play" all starts normal but when frost window apears the progres stays at 0%.after about 3-4 min there apears window with message problem during frost update.after that game starts with error about gameguard window.help pls!!!

 

delete frost folder and restart your pc

 

check4game tool v1.9.0 says: frostupdater.dll => an exception occurred during a webclient request.
when i use "frost"

 

in other case check4game tool reach 35% from frostupdater.dll and freez there...
i spend more then 5 houers to find solution of this problem on my ofice pc and nothing.i tried 1st of all with deleate frost folder restart and start game ofcourse but that dosent work.i will try in 1-2 houers to run game from my house pc.

 

perhaps i am wrong but i mean there is some problem with frostupdater.dll after last maintenance.i need to download the corect frost folther.

 

i am sorry about that.seems like the problem is in connection in my office.i have not problems with update in my house.

try to fix frost with check4game tool. it should download proper files.
