Error 728

hi there,

i just returned home, and now when i go to the website page to launch lineage2, i get this error message instead of the "play" button: "the application error 728 has occurred.failed to connect to cdn"

one hour ago i was connected with my account, from work network, on the same computer and had no problem.

and the error 728 isn't listed on the "4game error list".

what should i do?

okay after 10 minutes of waiting, the "play" button now appear.

anyway is it possible to get the error 728 listed on the error list, and also how to fix it when it happens?

i playd game couple hours ago, and got disconnect , and then made login, then tried play like always, but play button didn't appear, then i refreshed page, and update button appiered after some clicking on it, i got this bad thing error (the application error 722 has occurred. action can't be applied with current status). and i don't know what to do, i deleted lineage 2 eu and 4game, and i even can't instal the god dam game! trying push button instal but it doesn't work. do anyone know how to fix it or its a server crash or what else?
ohhh almighty god what i have done to you? that i cant play this game. ps. help.

 

hmm i restarted several times 4game service and logged in. but now i got unreal lags..(move like teleporting, and freezing sometimes and got dc..

and after all this **** i got dc and then again error 728.. what i need to do?

hello, please try this:

- download http://www.check4game.com/lineage2.en.html
- put it into the lineage ii main folder and launch it "as administrator"
- click on "4game-service" button
- after it's done, try to log in

try going
windows task manager>processes>4game>end process tree

 

try not to give a bad advice.
the service is set to restart automatically only twice.

1. run windows task manager as administrator
2. go to "services" tab
3. right click "4game-service" and click "stop service"
4. once its status changes to "stopped", right click it again and choose "start service"
5. ?
6. profit.

alternatively you can run cmd.exe as administrator and use the code underlined below:

the 4game-service service was stopped successfully.


c:\windows\system32>[u]net start 4game-service[/u]

the 4game-service service was started successfully.
