well, this has to stop already. it's really annoying. we are playing on official and we have "npc server crash" while in epic octavis/istina/ etc etc every time aq spawns and all big clans fighting there.
i guess only solution is to write on ncsoft, korea support as it seems that the very old engine of l2 cannot handle so many characters in one place. also aq/orfen is being spawned at 21 o'clock every day, so it safer to not go in any serious instances as octavis/istina etc. killing aq takes around 6 mins., see previous post, orfen is about 30-40 mins? or so
to write ncsoft isnt the solution because they will never rewrite the whole game for a new engine (even though unreal engine 4 instead of 2.5 would be awesome :d). they need to expand the processing power of the servers for this. another solution would be to move the raid times, due to ~21 o'clock being the busiest hour in europe on the internet. at least here in nl the biggest internet exchange point peaks between 20 & 22 o'clock.

until this bug is fixed imo innova should put one gm on server after restart and move orfen into that prison area or whatever and be done with it.
guys, nc soft is working on a fix for this problem. in their last message they said that the part of the code that seem to be working not like it should has been located, and they are trying to figure out what causes the problem. all we can do for now, is wait. we are hoping that the problem will be solved soon.
