hello,

for those who are active on forums and are using core's support it would have been easily noticed that current activity from core's administration and gms is heavily reduced for some reason which is not clear to the public.

being more specific we mostly see one staff member (pazak) being active on forums from time to time who has been much more active in the past. we see staff posts and threads concerning announcements (much more maintenance notifications) and l2 store updates.
forum events like the screenshot of the week and paparazzi seem to stopped and been abandoned firstly by you as organisers (huge delays for event results and even no official responses if for example, the event is still active after months!) and secondly by us as players since they stopped to be motivating anymore. furthermore most of forum's current moderators stopped being so active (at the moment the only ones i see doing moderator job is razzly, neotiger and casillias)
moreover we (at least me and some of my contacts) have witnessed delay on answers from support on many occasions recently and also we have an undercover fbi style operation for "hacked" accounts and item restoration which is leaving many of legit players unsatisfied and many of the hypothetical victims (not all) having profits from it.
also a staff member named banana_for_scale appeared 1 month or so ago but after lets say 1-2 weeks dissapeared without any leaving any notice.
finishing this i want to mention the activity of gms ingame which is significaly reduced at least to our eyes and things like gm buff events rate (which was i think 1 per 2 weeks or something close on past) have been reduced as well.

i demand as costumer to innova's services to know what is happening. is there some kind of pressure to the staff for some reason which is not allowing them to be in a very close contact anymore with their community or something like this?

this thread is mostly to receive an answer from the staff and i beg people who usually the only thing they do is to post negative critics for innova (yes i am talking about you haters) do not post anything here, thanks.

edit: i did not add the matter of next update's delay cause it has been already been discussed many times and we have our answers.

 

even if agree whith most -such post from bs clan member is kinda...
anyway when deepblue was here -every thing was perfectly fine and he/she alone did all job of so caled (new) moderators and super moderator...

i agree, after they announced they were going on vacation for the holidays it seems like they haven't really came back. must have been a looongg christmas nah, they are probably busy twerkin' all the bugs for the next patch.. hopefully.

this is the official european server and as elesmira said we are your customers and we demand an official announcement of what is going on !

don't make players feel like this is ncwest that luck's from gms/admins or like this is a "private server" that is dying slowly.

 

i always hate to see lack of communication with the community of servers, while it is so important for the spirit of the server. always on privates as soon as staff stopped handling the community it went downwards for server. of course it is different on official, but i'm pretty sure the server would attract much more people if everybody would see the staff is really active with the community. and then i don't mean players covered up as forum moderators (no offense to them of course), but actual purple forum names.

perhaps also an idea for the forum to get a visual upgrade some time, just to renew and boost the community.

i agree with your post, except fromt he support part, as i myself didn't notice any decay of responsiveness there.

it seems like the community manager is walking in the shadows. the absence of the patch notes for epseidon, which was talked about earlier, is also a prime example of this.

i already mention this to pazak myself through message and i also offered to help with some events in forum which i like so much and always had the anxiety to see who is the winner or celebrity and watch all those nice screenshots.banana does simply nothing and the screenshot of the week ppl post photos but it's over a month without winners!so what only 3 winners for so long?and about celebrities ?i don't know about the support with tickets cause so far they respond fast to me so i can't say anything.and yes gms need to be more active with answers to forums and in game events for fun.also last but but not least communicate with community would be good so srv become even better ...i am sure you will find a solution but i think elesmira is right for the first time and maybe the best and most constructive post

 

we are still looking for an official response to this please...we are your costumers...

 

just wanna chime in here and say that i've noticed this as well. i've also been considering returning to ncwest because of this, because current it feels as if innovas future (at least with an english server) is more uncertain than ncwests... that thing you said that they left for christmas and didn't really come back is dead on...

 

i wouldn't return to west even if they payed me. but this doesn't make me wanting less answers about what is the current weird situation.

the events its kinda good them comming back but there are more important things
