hello! i once bought a top grade earring for 65kk and not the gms took it back since they said to me i bought that earring from an account that was stolen, and now they gave me 40kk as they say i spent. this is such a lie, because that earring costs 36kk at mb + 176 mm, and i bought it 65kk. i dont even care about the stolen account, even if he would give me all for free that is not my problem. now i am just asking to give me the earring and do whatever they want for the stolen account, just give it back, they say we can't do that. wth gm come in to my home and steal my things, this is so outrageous. seriously i dont care that some1 got stolen, hacked, they should be more careful about their things. and now i am not getting no answer from the gm and i entered game and no earring in it. thank you so much for wasting my time here on completing my account, i mat not spend money on the game but this is irrelevant, and for losing a legit player who likes the game...
i write it for short, but the gm knows well since i reported to them many times and they have done nothing.. it was stun top grade....... but i wrote fast since i was a angry and seriously now i cant play this game anymore i cant buy that ring thnx to the gms, that steal your things...
well gms aren't stealing anything. in real life you are forced to return stolen property even if you are not aware about it being stolen in the first place. what i don't get is the adena refund they are giving, if you really bought the earring for 65kk (ofc i can not verify this) then i don't get why they only give 40kk. anyways this is something you need to discuss with insomnia through support ticket.
i discussed several times and they told me you paid 40kk, i dont understand in mb its sold for 36kk and 176mm, there is noone who sells that for 40kk, anyway i remember well that he sold it to me for 65kk and he gave me 5 elixirs.. ofc to return but is that so hard just to give me the earring or better better, give the stolen guy his things dont touch mines... whatever insomia doesent give answers anymore and playing the game is worthless.. now i cant buy the earring with 40kk, its impossible... i dont know the gm here are, or better are not...
