however, what if you want to share it, but don't know how?
well there is always a way, and we are bringing you a special service that you can use!

valentine's mail service (elmoreden department) is open for business!​

for those of you who do not want to express your feelings but do not want reveal their identity in the process, we offer anonymous valentine card mailing!

here is how it works:

during the next 2 days you can send us your valentine card. we shall keep it till febuary 14th and then send it to the character of your choice!

your identity is not going to be revealed in the process. the person who gets the card will not know the name of the person who sent it.

but that is not it, you can send your valentine a gift!

it can be any item from the l2 store and any item that can be traded regularly.
(non-tradable items are not allowed)

so, to send your valentine card you need to create a ticket to support service.

1) go to https://support.4game.com/index.php

2) click "ask a question"

3) choose "feedback/suggestion" category.

4) subject: "valentine's day"

5) here is what you need to provide us with:

• nickname of the recipient.
• your message.
• the list of presents and the name of the character that has the presents. (if any)

note: you need to have those items in your character's inventory on 14th of february. if not, the items are not going to be sent. please, provide us with an accurate name of an item that you want to give.


all the messages are going to be delivered with love on 14th of february.

we have some prizes for those of you, who will create the most beautiful, funny, nice and lovely valentines!

if you want to participate in the contest, you need to inform us about it as it is shown in the example below.

if you want your valentine card to participate in the contest, you need to put "yes" in "participate in the contest" part of your message as it shown in the example above. keep in mind that your identity shall be revealed in this case. if you want to stay anonymous, you cannot take part i in the contest.

the prizes will go to 3 winners that are going to be chosen from the users who wish to participate in the contest.

 

yes, it will look like an ordinary letter, exept you won't be able to see the sender's nickname.

 

you send a ticket to support and provide the following info:

they will send your message anonymously to the person you filled in at "to:". you are not forced to send any items of course, but if you want to send some make sure to have them in your inventory on the 14th.

also you can just write "no" at participating in the contest, so then you just use it to send an anonymous message to your valentine in game. if you write no they will not publish your message on facebook/forum, but you won't have chance to win the prizes.

so in the end you only have a chance to win a prize if you fill in "yes" at participate in the contest.

wouldn't it be more fun to only reveal the message + to who it was sent to? if you really have a secret crush on someone you can still remain anonymous and have a chance to win. if someone doesn't mind, they can just write their own name in the message

yes, it can be a poem.

it does not have to be in english, but if you want to participate in the contest, you need to provide us with a translation (if it is a poem, the translation has to be too). in this case we will evaluate the translation, not the original message.
