what exacly kamael final form does ? thx.

 

it boost your stats, well sorta.

body reinforcement is the final form of 4th class, same thing but don't need souls.

final form lasts 5min. ? whats the cooldown of this skill?

 

yea, only five minutes.

and the skill got one hour cooldown.

 

can u fly during that period?

 

no, you can fly only in gracia areas.

 

mainly see it used for raids..

 

it's ok in pvp also but not used as much due to main skillset being blocked while in transformation. final form skills are few and although you got your rush and a couple of skills, they don't compare to your untransformed skills. stat boosts are nice tho.

 

you dont need any skills in that transform. well, only rush maybe, just to get near your targets faster. it is powerful enough to kill enemies. :d of course you need some kind of buffs first, if you want to kill entire party or something like that.
