www.amchampionship.com has a new design on participants section. you can now see the teams, their server, participation (the check-in part) and the rank of the teams.

in order to receive a chaos essence item on the tournament training pts 2 server, you should create a new char. it should appear in your inventory.

 

for a few days in a row i am not able to register account on amc site. everything goes fine but in the end i do not recieve confirmation email. i tried different email services. any suggestions?

 

tournament preparation period will be held on 6-7th march 03.00 - 08.00 p.m. gmt+0. during this period all teams will receive classes and skills.

in order for preparations to go smoothly and without needless questions use this guide:

1. after logging on ken rahuel you will appear in waiting room (gm-room). take 1-3rd class from npc "mr. cat".

2. you can take forth class in the same room from the statues, according to prefered class.

3. fifth class is available from npc "hardin".

4. gather your team.

5. if you equipped any items before- unequip all of them.

6. after that pm mightyb that you are ready to go through preparations.

7. your team will be teleported to "reliquary of giants". there each member will receive all skills except race skills. you can receive skills only if your character have no items equipped.

8. talk to npc "monk of chaos" in order to receive race skills.

9. now check that your character have all required skills.

10. if everything is ok, pm mightyb again and ask a teleport back to the waiting room.

11. if team have any substitutions, you should load those characters after been teleported back to the waiting room. then pm mightyb and go through steps 1-11 again.



important:

- if any european team preparation is schedulded at 03:00-05:00 p.m. gmt+0 you may log on later (for example at 07:00 p.m.)

- after creating your character, write the name of your party in title

- you can take nobless from npc "mr. cat". nobless skills will be visible after relog.

- during the preparation period only schedulded teams might log on the tournament server. also do not stay ingame longer than necessary

- you may contact us if you wish to change your preparation day via skype- zloezlo. all teams must go through preparation until the start of the tournament, so you will have to find a time to receive class and skills.

- if any member of your team can not come on preparation with whole team, you must load him yourself.

- according to the tournament rules nickname and class in your profile on website must match the nickname and class of your character on torunament server (ken rahuel). please check that and change if necessary. players list in your team profile must absolutely match with your member's list on tournament server.

i just registered a ghost account. had no problem with receiving the confirmation mail. why you want to register another account? which reminds me - dont forget to read the rules and especially smurfing rule. teams were disqualified because of it, don't underestimate it.

 

because i have a party member which will not be able to register himself untill the end of check in (he is in hospital atm) so i have to do it myself. about smurfing - as far as i understand - it only applies for participation in different teams (e.g. playing with 2 different chars in different fights in the same team is not punishable.)

 

indeed you're right. it was just a reminder for all. there were some teams which was created from the beginning from same people in previous seasons. i don't know what can be a problem. may be make a mail on mail.ru special for your team mate and use it for registration (mine was there, didn't tried with the popular once like yahoo).

there wont be any problem to make orc tank ? or sth like this.

 

the only class/race restriction this season are for overlords and maestro. they should be respective orc and dwarf.

 

can we keep 2nd and 3rd class skills or gm will learn us automatically all new skills?
if someone will not be able to play, can we share account
1. with person, which don't participate in any team?
2. with person, which participate in some other team?

 

what if i'm not able to gather whole team for preparation? (1 is on holiday and 1 unavailable for whole week until monday). i cannot log them.

 

you can't keep 2-nd and 3-rd class skills. gms will learn you all new skills. you wont use any sp for it, so you ll be able to use the sp for the abilities.
if someone is not able to play, you can share account (for the preparation period is a must!)
1. yes, you can share it with a person, who don't participate in any team.
2. no you can't share it with a person from other team ,except if that other team is already out of the tournament, which is making that person with a status of a player, who is not participating in any team

ask them for their account details. keep in mind, you should create their tournament chars with exact name/class, which they used to register on amchampionship.com. after you made the preparations with your main char, log your team mates and follow all the steps from the guide again.

 

last amc all skills were given to you directly, no learning involved.

 

they will not share their account and actually i don't want them to do it. can i withdrawn my party from tournament when we are already checked-in? how? i didn't know there will be a special preparation day before the actual date of tournament start date (10th march) so we are not able to meet the condition of gathering whole team on given day.

 

by sharing their account it doesn't mean they should use their original live server accounts. they can make only for amc accounts and use them only for the tournament... i am sad to see teams dropping for such minor problems. a way to drop from the tournament is to not show up on the preparation period. this way your team basicaly won't be in non rank matches. still... think about it.

 

3 new items were added to the item list for the tournament:

they will allow you to choose any class for any race.
the full list of equipment is still available only in russian language.
