transfer character is not available here as far as i know. premium is time based, you can buy 1 month, 3 months, 6 months. after this period you need to buy it again.
hello, it is not possible to move character to another account. premium account is an option - you can buy it for 1,3,7,30,90,150 days. for as long as you wish. regards
