2nd/3rd class skill reset?

could any polish person translate this? i believe all 2nd/3rd class skills are being reset there? will it be here too?

well it's hard to put a value on skill enchant. it's like you try to sell a +6 armor piece for 6x the normal price because you failed to enchant it many times.

if they would give immortal scrolls for example, they should at least not announce this because people will abuse this for sure

 

i ting innova are good in tests :d they testing alot :d snout imprtal skrols dont need them i put more adena for 2-3 class skill that to make all 4 class skills +10

 

this, i only made my pre awakened archer buffs +5

but i know 1 friend who made prophecy of water +15 :'dddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

nothing is final until it is on live server and even on live server it could be changed after a week or so
