Itens bought for steel coin before update cant be returned.

it's probably a bug. before update, we could not return steel coin itens to the npc, but with episo update theres an option that allow you to do that. the problem is, i can't return my itens bought before update. i don't know if you can return the ones you buy after update (probably will work fine), but when i try to return the old ones, nothing appears on return list. i hope you can fix it. thank you. -bill

it's not a bug.
my answer from another thread:

this change applies only to "new" equipment which is permanent. they have different ids: old ones (30d, 60d) and new ones (permanent).
as for upgrade feature, it was removed in 3.5.

it's a bug. i don't know if it comes from innova or korean nc, or even jesus. my point being innova doesn't provide path to awakening. all those +4 itens with sa, tons of ss/bss (ye, that saves a lot of money for newbies) and vit potions, all gone. now i can't return my steel coin sa-less itens, can't have new coins (can i?) and got screwd all over. seriously, i got to 86 with 15m in my bag. srsly, i've started 1 week before update and that ****s a lot.

 

there are the patch notes where this point was mentioned. if no one reads, why blaming innova or nc?

 

yes, blame innova that they skipped update where this exchange was possible.
if we didnt jump 3 updates at once there wouldnt be a problem. ppl would switch back items to coins before update

guys, if you have not read the patch notes that were posted a month ago (1 month!!), so what's the problem? i would understand your complaints if there was no info in the patch notes, but there [was].

i think pazak should have emphasized this very sentence to make it more noticeable. but still this fact was known a month ago.

 

it was written in patchnotes, every steel door coin item bought on lindvior update wont be returnable and will stay 60d and will expire eventually

 

oh ok. i think it's just a contradiction in the patch notes. but the functionality in-game is correct. the support team will say the same. pre-epeisodion steel equipment cannot be exchanged.

 

lol.. i go 40-85 with c grade common armor set... and shadow b weapon...and now i can spen my steel coins as i wish for my subs...btw wasnt it that much hard.. just u need to work for do somthng!...

you still have duals/subs to level up, so don't be so disappointed :d

 

im not talking about only for myself. that is not fair to give items who doesnt follow forum and game announcements.

 

that is why there is the twitter page on the left side of your log in screen. even those who doesn't follow the forum are reading those announcements (and i know it for sure cuz my husband is one of those, who don't read the forum, but he is always forced to read the tweets since it is on the play page).
