Can't connect to support.4game.com

hello,

i'm not able to log in on support.4game.com site. "the username and password combination you entered did not match any user we have on record. " also i'm not even able to restore account settings, cause it says to me "we could not find an account with that username or email address "

 

login to game page first, then head over to support page (on same browser), you should be logged in the moment you press 'sign in'.

 

that's exactly how i'm logging in. first site, then towards support.4game.com. when i sign it it redirects me to 4game.com, then back to support.4game.com with info "the username and password combination you entered did not match any user we have on record. "

 

i would assume some old cookies that held your login information remained in your browser and are in conflict with any new cookies, perhaps you've changed your cookie policy recently?
make sure your browser is not internet explorer, or otherwise archaic.

try that:
1. log out of the 4game and the support (if possible)
2. open the cookie list in your web browser, then delete the cookies matching the *.4game.com domain, no need to remove the cookies from the other domains
3. restart your web browser.
4. then try to login to 4game.com and proceed to support site.

hope that helps, it fixes most of global domain login issues.

i found out possible problem and solution, but in order to fix it i need contact to someone responsible for support.4game.com site..
