GMS STOP SLEEPING AND BAN THE BOTS!!!!

    week ago i reported 12 bots, and they still farm , what's wrong with the response seriously!!!

    they need some time till they ban them cause they need to observe them first and be 100% sure they are botting.so just report them again or continue the ticket by asking them about the progress of your report.

    it is possible that they did not see your ticket. forward your ticket by pming an active forum moderator and giving him/her the ticket code.

    what the forum moderator have to do with ingame issues? so it seems gms cant do the simplest job here without help? where to send job application then? lf best job eu.

    1-2 times it happened with my ticket. so i did that. he can also pm pazak. it's easy to judge something as the simplest job when you are not doing it

    if you are all going to start your conspiracy theories in yet another thread then i will close it now.

    it has already been told many times that simply reporting someone for botting doesn't necessarily get an instant result - the support team have to investigate and check a multitude of things before action can be taken and this can take anything from a matter of moments to a matter of weeks and opening countless threads on the forum doesn't speed anything up it only encourages pointless comments such as the ones above.

    all reports regarding potential botting are taken seriously by the staff and just because you do not receive a response immediately does not mean that the staff aren't already investigating the claim.
