Effects delay, buffs, debuffs.

    it has been occuring for more than an year that buffs (mostly important ones such as celestial type ones and debuff immunity) are not being applied at the exact moment they are felt. the time gap for the buff to be truly felt can go from 1 second to a full 3 seconds.

    a clear example:

    as you see i use unbind and i am immune to any debuff, however shadow chase (a debuff that stuns ur oponent) still landed on me.

    it is clear that i am invincibile as i used summon barrier, however the oponent still could land a power bomber (debuff for knockdown) and do damage aswell.

    on a pvp-driven game, it is of the most importance for such issue to be fixed. timing is everything on pvp games and the game has grown to be so fast paced, issues like this will determine the pvp and not the skill of player. i ask that the main developers have a trhought check and testing and fix one of the most critical bugs in l2.

    dear innova i have the same problem.

    dying with celestial effect on because somehow game decided that i died in that 2 seconds when i wasnt healing myself simply cause of i had celestial, wtf logic

    another bugged stuff is getting debuffs while under efect of unbind

    there is clearly a delay on skills, 2-3 seconds sometimes and doesnt matter if you have nasa pc, you will still die like a nub cos server decided to kill your char. yeah, server why ? because i choose to click cele and server decided that i get effect after 3 seconds

    waiting on fix and im not the only one, countless ppls that curse on you in game and are about to alt+f4 from this bugged game allso, so think about it

    occuring for 4-5 years *

    guess that should wipe whole hope, it is like ss lag issue

    i think its unfixable with this engine and the way the game is designed in client/server communication.

    there was no such problem before lindvior update, so they broke something in server engine and didnt care to fix it yet :s

    depends on your ping and always has been like that and this is the part that is unfixable due to a design problem in the game.

    currently it is additionally behaving as if everyone had a 1 second ping or so and that is the "bug" which can be fixed.

    my ping to core never cross 50ms and as i said in glory days buff effects were close to instant, lindvior added 1sec (or even more) extra, but as its appears to be the same for year i suppose its new feature not bug :d

    i write a clear example why its a bug and not just delay.

    this bug happens thousands time on brilliant purge,
    in mass pvp or olympiad i see many times when i use the skill i see the effect on myself/party members but they get debuff in the first second, if it would be just effect delay brilliant purge should remove the debuff after the delay ends cause its 7 seconds debuff immunity and should remove all debuff, but it doesnt remove those debuff that applyed on the first second.
