Please I need you to help me

hello.
i am having serious problems to play on the server.
finished downloading the client and gives me a number of errors.

the page tells me to make an update.

it is loading for a while and then get the same sign asking me to update.

after using the check 4 game gives me this error or error 728.

please i need you to help me took two days trying to play and i tried everything.

open services.msc as administrator (the system should enforce it anyway).
find the 4game-service on the list of services, right-click it and either choose start or restart, one of those has to be available.


should any error occur post a screenshot here and if there occurs no error try to launch the game.

 

hello, i had already tried this and it does not work.

when i have issue with 728 or "cannot connect to cdn" (or maybe its the same) i download 4game app from here (left bottom "install 4game app") and i simply reinstall it. after this short process i log normally into the game.

try it..

ps: check your antivirus / firewall. maybe they block 4game app aswel

 

i have same problems since last event error 728.i have same problem on 2 different computers at 2 different locations
so i think you guys arent telling us all.what seems to be a problem ? is 4game site hacked or what ?
i already tryed all things above and nothing helps all time error 728,update game,after update there is no play button!?
i cant believe i am paying for this....

there is nothing connected with any kind of hacks...

what os are you using?
can you try to switch to other browser?
can you uninstall firewall / antyvirus (it must be uninstalled rather than disabled)
