Antharas expedition instance

fix antharas expedition instance time limit after instance finished, some ******s left them chars inside after that and u have to w8 and canot enter other inst untill they finish they buisness on redtube or smth.

 

same problem with spezion (normal and epic).

 

last time one butthole remained inside preventing us from doing any other instance.
so my question was "who's got the least pk"? it was my turn to force him out of the instance by killing him.
no mercy for noobs (not to confuse it with "newbies", newbies are okay).

edit: re below: deepblue, that unintentionally was a workaround for how the players can continue doing their instances if someone keeps an instance active. whoever dies in it and is not resurrected quickly gets removed from an instance or a special zone, allowing an instance to close.
