Beauty Store appearance bug

i recently purchased a fairly expensive make over from beauty store only to find that once i exit beauty store the appearance lasts for about 20 seconds then becomes my old appearance...

i have lost 32million adena and have my old appearance, i even logged out and back in to check and on character select screen my character has old appearance....

what's up with this? can i get my money refunded at least?
