why do you guys even go to the sieges , i heard 1b a week , this is pathetic . oren if dark on bartz,shilen,magmeld (lower population than chronos/naia) makes like 3 times this . not to mention giran , aden or rune . lol server .
if all towns are dark, people will not care where they will make their business, so that may be why. here we still have light castles, so people will go there to buy consumables/sell stuff to shop. if i had to guess, the reason why ba leaders made ultimatum to clans with light castles, it was because they wanted to try make more money :d
yes they did that once, that does not make them automatically ba members or ally. they were neutral most of the time but you forget they have war with rg since the months you are reffering to. that blackmailing towards small clans is low.
you are really trying to discuss clan political matters with a cl... friend like really? my party was mostly in goddard, we didnt pay attention for a minute after all of laonda and bsii were going on us and while we were still wiping the last bits, some random karangurth crested on the side qq. laonda having clan flag up on siege ground didnt really make stuff for us any easier since we cant take the flag down alone and didnt have res ourselves. giran was kinda like "just given to shadows" for whatever reason, which i still didnt understand. heine well, nearly taken but crester bugged qq
turning all castles into dark... dunno who's idea it was, but you won't get more money. i already see increase of ppl in goddard atm. if you turn that one into dark as well, ppl will just use ah. cheers for ncsoft here tho.
laonda did not have any flags. we had our cl bugged, walking around with main clan rank, being nearly as usefull as an academy member when it comes to cresting, setting up flags, and whatever else he could do. the reason behind fact we were back & ready to die so fast lays elsewhere, and i suppose map info could clarify that a bit. and cresting on the side, u took the bait, who cares that it was whole clan... mobs take less damage than some of us, but please don't underestimate lame tactics that work... sometimes
our mistake was cresting too early and also not paying properly attention to the other side, when you guys were keeping us busy a bit didnt know u had fort or whatever else nearby, but wasnt easy to get through these daggers on hide. was our mistake to lose goddard anyways, we were 6 ppl only, what to do
just a little info, if all castles goes dark, theres a place called hellbound which is tax free zone. unless they have fixed it in recent patches, cannot tell because im not playing.
magmeld is tax free, still the prices selling there are lower from the light castles but better than dark ones.
nope magmeld is independed town so by default there is should be 15% taxes. now just checked. ewr sell to npc 8kk in 0% taxes town . in magmeld and rune and other dark castles towns they cost 6.4kk. so yes, left only hellbound tax free. but it's really bad place to sell stuff... i hope "cl's didn't become blind and greedy", and they keep few towns on light" for example atm only 4 towns is worth to keep on dark. rune/aden/giran/gludio. idk what income is in other castles from dead towns like shutgart oren or heine.
no matter which castle is dark, a part of that money goes to aden vault. there you have your answer (except rune territory)
