they have 1,5 pvp set and they share it inside party - grow some brain.
there is no cp in ba with more than 1-2 competed pvp sets

 

we farming gainak since the update and for the first month, nobody was there bcoz nobody reading patch note. and loa farming was ~500m /3hours

1 set pvp light +8 / other pvp light +6 / half robe / and 2 more with app
