really good movie, some people should watch it in order to understand something name of the movie is its kind of funny story ^_^
first of all every nation has its own laws but still: over time, players build their characters and collect in-game items. some such items may have been obtained through months of gameplay, involving various tasks and a substantial level of effort. according to standard conceptions of economic value, the goods and services of virtual economies do have a demonstrable value. since players of these games are willing to substitute real economic resources of time and money (monthly fees) in exchange for these resources, by definition they have demonstrated utility to the user. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/virtual_crime if bimart has the time and resources to go to court good for him, any of our opinions would be mere speculations since there are no records of this type of cases in poland.
court about l2 .... if you go and tell this to a local lawyer , they will not just expell u from their office screaming and cursing at your stupidity , but they will give u a free kick in the butt on the way out . just lol , out of my perfect world with this virtual crime bull****s .
if you think that a paid professionist would turn down money only because it involves the internet or a game you are out of touch with the world.
i was reffering my country in particular . if i go and tell em` what's up , first off they will observe me as i'm a kind of extraterrestrial species . maybe in us and such they don't take this "matters" as a joke , but here , they do , big time . self experiance , i was checking the possibilities of unbanning one of my stacked toons back on ncwest , and they had no clue about any of this internet specifics . but then , i'm a rapresentitive of a 3rd world country .
already loving you too pony! have a lovely day prancing around ponyland~ ! *cough cough cough cough cough*
the question is, on a game that 7 ppl or even more have access to the same items because thats how cp system works, how he will show that the items were from him and not from other person, thats not possible, is just wasting money going to the judge and **** xdd , anyway is so sad that for an item that wasn't even your's you go to the police xdd.
for example the item was bought before the guy joined the cp. but i don't really know the details of the story
besides , if i'm not mistaken the virtual items are not yours , according to ncwest eula , all accounts , items and such are property of the company , not the players . so if you think you really got something , like it's yours and you have the exclusive rights over it - ur wrong . now i never saw innova's eula , but i guess it should be similar . @maya reinhartz - just kidding girl , you see we didn't see any new faces for long time in here , so everyone is excited i guess . i mean if you a male pretending to be female that's fine too . as my buddy sleepers said you are definatelly out of my jurisdiction anyway . so enjoy your time here , we will help you accomplish your goals , no matter what they are . p.s , would u put a picture of yourself already in facebook ? and here is quick ertheia overview . the professional way .
everyone selling their acc's .. am i the last man standing with pajamas and fighting evol bs's at gianak ?
i'm pretty sure that when you willingly share your account with someone getting robbed by that person will render any legal action that you might act upon useless.
