i have a problem need to ask somthing to gm

hi gm my egnlish is not so good but i try to explain my problem ... so i had an account in 4game created long time ago but i rembered only now id and pas .... now i am healer 89 ...in my first account there is rune exp and vitalyty that can not be shared what i can do to have it on my healer ....soz becouse it was a problem beacouse i changed my email on fb and when i begin again play i forget that i have changed email so when i logged in the second time i didn t see my old char and i thoutht that was deleted can i do somthing?
i can put my old char in my new account ? if you can pm me or somthing else i can explain you bettere the situation

hi there mate!i had almost same problem with you with only difference i knew the accounts.the thing is i had some runes and pots at my tank that wanted to transfer them to my yul along with few other agathions and staff that weren't tradable.so i asked via support ticket to transfer those items to my new character but that was impossible.they wont do it so you just have to buy new runes and pots unfortunately.neither can merge 2 characters on one account.good luck!

 

me too know all 2 account i rembered it so i am asking xd

 

sorry but as correctly informed, we can not merge characters from separate accounts and non tradable items are non tradable, otherwise everyone would try to get around limitations by saying they forgot this or that please move my items - not saying this is what you do but for you to understand why it will not be possible.
