Mail with Adena bug

it is happening all the time in my cp, when i m sending the adena share of w/e we do. i send the mail with adena, they open it, but it is coming back to me. so i have to send the money again. second time they are able to receive their mails without any problem. note: their mailboxes of send/receive mails are not full. please if it is possible, check it. it is really annoying.

 

i've had this happen also. only happens sometimes, and it gives a message about 'not accepting the mail in time' or something.

 

exactly... only looks like i m the most unlucky player in the world, because it heppens all the time to me :/ qq

a temporary fix i found is sending the mail as "payment mail" of 1 adena. no problems with that.

 

same is with mail with items, not only with adena.

 

happens to me frequently also. i always thought it was because i was tired and clicked return to sender, but yesterday i clicked claim and it went back. so, you're right.. bugged.

well this is really star's to be annoying... i need to send 20-30 mails with adena, and at least 30% of them is bugged and returned back to me.......

soooo, this bug is present for how long now...? few months...? go ahead and try to explain to us how is it possible that you still don't have fix for this bug from korea?? you do understand that this bug is very very anoying to all ppl who send items through mail?? not to mention that many ppl lose their items/adena, when they think that they got mail, but really mail was sent back to sender..........

you say there is no need to bump anymore? yes of course you don't want for everyone to see that there is problems and ppl are angry about it, and that these problems is still not fixed...

if we wont push you, you wont move your ***. if we wont make any noise about it, bug will never be fixed.

maybe someone don't really understand how simple this bug is, and how easy is to fix it, so, for example if you wont clean your face for a long time, you will be as dirty as hell, it is very easy and simple to clean it, but you have to be super lazy bum not to clean it. the same situation is with this bug fix....

if you just sit and do nothing when korea isn't sending simplest fixes, then good luck with this project in the future.

we know bugs are annoying, they are just as annoying for us as they are for you but we are not the developers so we can only sit and wait as you do, it is they who decide how fast they want to fix something and nothing we say or do will change that.

bumping threads after a bug has been reported is a futile attempt and does nothing but end up being useless spam - it does not encourage the developers to work any faster on a fix, they have their priorities and their own time frames and we all have to accept that.
