re-learn old skills book in l2 store request

the discussion before was about the 2 buffs at each own, i already listed the cons of that.
about what you say that is mostly true (like 99% ), but not 100%, since there are indeed some solo healers. but i can agree with you on it, because it is true in the end.
but anyway people like to keep on with discussing with the best old skill available in order to remove weak skills like duelist spirit and etc. ^^

and he said ap being bad in oly compared to ws, he didn't mention open pvp, i already said in open pvp ap is good to have, please do not make up things from people posts that they didn't mention.

 

mass pvp is what makes castles youres, why would i care for ws if im not hero? and sorry to burst your bubble but theres no solo healers in this server. and afaik u can still take drum from clan hall either way.
btw didnt make anything up, its just facts you disregard. any great mage can kill on oly with or withotu ws anyway, to be honest, its harder for me to kill a feoh in ap than with ws, that little boost is easily avoided with proper cc/cele/stone/hide blablablabla, but ccing for 24/7? definitely no can do.

about all multiplier adding up on each other that is true, but a big factor on that is the weapon which are still far from the korean oe levels, at least from what i could see.

also ws adds more def than pvp armor, so people should stop to qq about pvp armors too, many feohs can beat their opponent in less than 1minute anyway.

 

to me either they delete it or follow aion's logic with stigma system (choosing skills u want at any given time for a fee, certain setups). but at least re-work the damn skills to be equally good.

 

ye in the state like now duelist spirit is pretty useless, i even called it weak some posts earlier.
i agree on giving people the choice, this can easily be done by gms like i already said before, since they can add and remove skills. although it should have a limit, changing skills back and forth all the time would be a pure fail imo and also more work for the gms

kamael feoh on oly with keept expert casting can have ws/arcana barier/ dual almost perma, so something is ****ing broken here

 

they lose 1/4 (25%) of their casting speed, dunno about you but i really think 3 second casting time on elemental destuction is not even close to be broken.^^

 

ye it can be seen, but you know a value of 20% reuse is better than 25% casting speed

and it depends of how stacked are you, you cannot really stack reuse, its rare stat, but casting speed... ez pz :s

sorry for being hard for you =3 how is your healing on core ?

 

casting speed is way more effective than saving 9 seconds on arcane barrier, the reuse thing on kamaels is for non dmg builds

edit: to your last sentence, well i only log for a daily kartia and log off again, so i can't really say that i play that much to answer your question for real

there are some tricks that this feoh kamael can do while other cannot
there are healers with pow that make party pve harder and pvp stronger while normal healers can be just healers
there are tanks that reflect more damage than normal tanks on oly
there are buffers with permanent immunity on debuff and normal buffers are not
there are glads/dreadnouts that are more effective than normal tyrr

i think everybody have a right to do something more effective/equal am i right ? or i shall be punished just because game can be abused

 

read my posts, i clearly stated that i would appreciate such things for players that didn't keep their skills. in order to make them having different builds.
you know me ingame, you know i do my own build and /care about the rest, but in this case i do, different builds should be encouraged by having a bit more control on that.
