Error 728: Failed to connect to CDN

hi there.
i would like to adress to the issue called error 728 failed to connect to cdn.
so far i have read every possible information on the forum regarding this error.

i have installed chrome and ie: all up to date
microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable: up to date
microsoft .net framwork 2: up to date

and i have done all theese as well:

still no effect.
half of the time i have no buttons at all, other half i have the error and update underneath it.

can someone help me to fix this issue?

i am getting this error to sometimes, for me helping this:

well. i get error when i try to do that.
system error 5 has occurred. access is denied.

i thought i fixed it yesterday for a moment.
then again seemed like, when i restart my pc then it goes in 1 time, so i did not log out all day. only when was going to sleep.
but the same issue again.
can someone from gm's and tech support help?

 

disable "uac" (user account control) in windows, restart pc and open cmd as admin....it must work

i have done that for about 10 times so far. nothing changes.
uninstall it, download, reinstall it. nothing

i got this error yesterday too. i switched accounts, didnt help. i turned off ff and turned it on again - didnt help. i waited 10-15 mins. and refreshed page, miracle i got play button. and no problem for the rest of the day.
just my two cents. i know it wont help too much.

 

then use option "4game-service" and it should let the 4game app work again. in meantime check if your firewall/antivirus does not block it occasionally.

 

was away for a bit.
as it seems.
for 2 days now, before each launch of the game i use the "option" you suggested.
well it launches, even tho i need to use it all the time. :d
so i think it is fine, i can play.

 

maybe something blocks 4game-services to operate normally for instance antivirus,
