Can't connect to web/server with Jazztel (Spain)

    it seems that now there is so much trouble to get into the web, but the game is malfunctioning, i hope you can fix that soon led unable to enter the game since yesterday.

    the problem no are only from jazztel, i talk with 3 persons with same problem and they no hav jazztel... the problem is from the server... im sure...

    yup is server side but becouse off weekend there is no support here...

    i am from bulgaria and i have hard time connecting to the web. i used 2 browsers but it takes lots of time just to load. when it eventually does and i click play i get into the game without any problems but i dont see my skillbar, i cannot move, chat etc. (freeze). is this problem connected anyhow to the ones you guys are experiencing ?

    totally same from lithuania, that "freeze" on start happens also, and after a while disconnect follows

    dunno, but supports could answer and give any info... kinda dissapointed.

    yes sometimes page loads for me and i can get in game and then it freezes. but most of the times i that i tryed it would not even load web page

    same... i load webpage with proxy but i log and i hav alot of lag and cant play, i dc all time

    hello everyone,

    support team has been in well shape but sometimes i am also human :)

    seems like it is not just provider but also not problem from server side. most propably problems is in between.
    i'm now with question toward gm team what information they need and eventually inform you here as soon as possible.

    we have managed to solve the problem after contacting jazztel via one of our users. it appeared that the problem was not on 4game.com side.

    unfortunately, we cannot provide any compensation in this case.

    dear user,

    we are sorry for your lost but it was not an issue from innova's side therefore no compensation can be made. if investigation would appear a problem from server side - you will receive everything back.

    hopefully it will not happen again but it's up to your provider only,

    hello,

    the website wasn't down for any period. this issue was an issue with the isp and was solved after we made contact with them therefore there will be no compensation for pa losses as it was not an innova issue and we can not compensate for isp issues.

    this was already answered earlier in the thread.

    closing up the thread as the jazztel issue is resolved.
