Problem with log in :(

hi i have windows xp i download the game and i press button play from site and lineage open normal but when its gonna log in it stack at screen you are currently loggining in. i am waiting 15-20 minute but dont log in never help me plz .

btw, pts is down so you can't go ig from now and untill live start.

 

umm... maybe firewall / antivirus blocking?

edit: well if pts is down, than i'm maybe wrong.

 

i have the same problem from yesterday and yesterday pts was online .

 

then as mindaz-the-crazy-avatar told you, check your firewall and any router configuration

 

look i have 2 pc in home both with windows xp the old pc play normal but this stack at this screen you are currently loggining in
and i make the same install at both pc .

pts is still up.

 

they use the same antivirus ? try disabling it

 

i close the antivirus but cant log in .

 

someone can help me plz?
