Explain me this ****uation

i've joind to this server with my cp on the same date like you can see on my forum profile, we left ncwest due to bots took over control of this game + the administration choices of making money from this game which also means making events like we got today , for first few months everything was looking perfectly... even the talisman event was still a pay to win one but it kinda made a balance in pvp so there was nothing really to complain... but when administration decided to put on event things like : rings, earring, soul bottles, antharas-valakas bottles that people work thier *** for whole years and after they got it you (administration) decided to put these things to l2 store since u thought lets kill the meaning of going to mass pvp for raid bosses thats already too much but now u puted ancient scrolls, aghation's with powerful stats dont you think thats already to much influance into gameplay? are you trying to get as much $$ as you can and later shut the server down? or maybe you think people willl tolerate it? ncwest people didnt and they came here with hoping that what heppend on ncwest will not affect this server but it did ?

this "l2 store updated" is an update for mages classes (like they need any update atm) why do i say so? p atk doesnt metter for most fighter classes , but m atk has a huge influance on dmg in pvp and what innova is giving to us is ability to enchant weapons to +15 which will boost mages only , a buff called "ghost potion" 85% m atk boost for mages

sooo davai now, you dont need anymore r99 retri with 2sa to do dmg on mages which this potion/ability to enchant weapon its enough u get +8-9 rettributer and ur m.def doesnt metter anymore

i can agree with everything u just said.
sad part is that innova doesnt care as long as they get money. we can complain and give as many better suggestions as we want but they dont listen.
they tried to give us a "voice" by voting what appearances we wanna see in store and even there they failed so hard what made me lose all of the last faith i had in this company.

its getting more and more pay 2 win. its not even the edge. wait for these brooches.
server went fine before they added all this kind of ****ed up things in store. population was nice, ppl were spending their money on vit items and pa. for me this server seemed perfect. ofc u always had some players with +++++ gear. thats normal. that time u had not such a big gap between "normal" players and ppl who spent all their money into the store. this gap is growing more and more each stupid store update or event. they told us they "learned" from the disasters in the past but its only getting worse.

i dont think anything will change. so better to quit now and enjoy summer. :/

i thought i'll come back to play again with my friends and my enemies . but seems will wait for new server , i suggest to open new one. ( take money from core and let clean new server - donate which might and can affect server balance )

for now it is is donate = win , logic of the balance is long time ago out, but this update just made a final dot here.

 

and ? this problem exsists since c1.. just then it was called rmt

 

"for now"? seriously? if people (who would donate anyway) doesn't spend it in l2store they will turn to blackmarket. you're delusional if you think this event will change anything. who is geared will get even more gear, but they would get it anyway just not from innova's bucket.

in russia aa has been already launched. some ppl left but many of them came back to l2, or just quit mmo at all. aa is crappy bugged game with tons of exploits atm. this game will never replace l2.

 

can you put clan hatred aside, see the actual problem and stop being a brainwashed marionette for just 1 thread?

 

i was also mad with this l2 store update, but atm i'm not coz chance for ancients and longing is extremely low, 400 chests for 1,59 and only 2 ancients for armor, so no big deal

 

when i came on server i we had divine enchants from chests. ~1y+ ago. the thing is not just this "l2 store update" but the way innova behaves recently on adding stuff on l2 store. the worst thing for me was the easter event. biggest joke ever.

 

only items from ah/blackmarket were actually dropped/enchanted in game compared to items in l2 store that emerge from nothing and this is the very bad side of putting important items to l2 store
in past, you need to put significant effort in game to get nice items, now all depends on your pocket and luck when opening boxes

 

wow, i was thinking of switching to this server from ncwest servers, until i read these posts. seems lineage 2 is a game lost to greedy corporations that run them. oh well, everyone have fun...i will try it just for "kicks".

 

to be honest, i do not really care if they put longings, and other items possible to obtain in-game, but putting pvp weapon stones, ancient scrolls, and other idiotic items is ridiculous.
they removed dewr from aden donating system, but not from l2 store (dewr=aewr, almost same ****)

 

so effin' true. can anyone remember the joy of farming on all of the chronicles up to tauti (included)?

and...yet you fail to grasp the difference? it has been a while,let me explain it once more:

1) rmt = bots . so far we can all agree on this.
this does not mean this is impossible to achieve but is strongly disapproved from the eula.
thus ebaying or botting would (potentially) lead you to gettin banned and loosing everything.
bot is the rmt fuel , just to put it cleared to the ones like you.
this was the common policy from nc before their "truly free" which was just a desperate move to save the sinking boat considering the "success" god update brought.

anyway,next step: ---> you are here.
2) rmt is allowed through cash shop,botting it isn't.
the server is anyway screwed due to the lack of materials to substain economy that bots would provide so it creates a larger pool of players obtaining items through cash shop. now i would spend a bit enlisting you the consequences of this but somehow i feel i'd be wasting time,so i wont.
lets get straight to the point, now , as it stands now community is broke apart and game shop is still , as it was three years ago,the main source of income for a larger portion of the playerbase.
thats the main reason of why no sh should never, ever, ever sell power up items in their shops.
under any form,under any price. just no.
it would just lift away the concept thats behind l2 which was to compete over a prize and obtain it through gameplay and not through a dumb cash shop.
ok nowadays there's nothing left to compete for, but its a flaw coming from the same designers that decided that upon god f2p + shop were unavoidable.

don't come in saying that putting rl money in shop is any different from doing so from professional rmt'ers.
it has the same form (€/$) and the same meaning (upgrading your character bypassing the game mechanics) so is basicly the same since it provides the same target of people.
