Chests, space travels, PVP and everything inbetween

they didn't even split the boxes, they had whole dwarven village area to work with, and they put all boxes in the tunnel leading to old start tunnel... they had 4-5x the area that they put boxes in

 

cmon, fellows, there are 4 more rounds ahead! rooting and event management will be more sophisticated
speaking of timing - it started just a few mintes late to 15 gmt +0. if you think it is wrong you need to check your timezone more carefully.
speaking of aoe - there are a lot of chests and we place most valuable things far from each other to make it more fair.

each location has more than 100 prizes which is quite decent.

 

but some of it were in peacezone where some classes could use aoe, some not. and its fair?

gj round 2 failed also door didnt work, then it dissapeared , i'd say pro event

 

well, you should have assumed that an average mass of people is not quite intelligent.
98% of them rushed out right after somebody said "this time say 5-4-3-2-1 go".
thank you for good intentions, however i need to admit this was so callled uber phail.

 

secound spawn epic 10 ppl opened 200+ chests when 95% ppl was on petri and noone gm told to start. gf

 

worst event ever, all the people who dont follow the rules get all rewards, while others stand in petrify and watch. epic. oh, and ofc, they dont get petrify

 

the important part: you are not allowed to move or hit anything/anyone until we say ready set go. violators will be sent to prison
i like this rule there was a half people moving hiting boxes and only 1 persone was jailed, really good event. keep the spirit (thumbs up)

indeed, and even this time, anyway, noone and nothing said "go".

at least 20 ppl didnt respect rules and i wrote all their name in chat, nothing happened, one was jailed.

to be honest this event is the worse i ever saw.

 

okay, i must admit that it is hard to control such crowd, but if we cannot do it one way, we will do it another.

now everyone will be released at the same time, but participants may lose their buffs. unfortunately, there is no perfect skill which we could use at the end of the round we will give you our usual sonata and melody buffs.

 

there is skill called //para_all and //unpara_all, at least there was in previous chronicles ;p

 

well, sorry, but i dont really get the logic here. those, who did not follow the rules should be punished (reward taken back, or ban or whatever)- not the rules changed for them

 

in some servers at events we were forced to sit till it will start, dont know if u can use it here too.

and one more thing, as some classes cant aoe, so would be fair all ppl transform to same creatures w/o aoe skills and then every1 can kill 1 box in same time

 

but shouldnt u think of those things before u announce such an event? i mean to think of all possibilities that ppl will use to cheat/exploit and to make it fair (or at least close to be fair) for everyone. also to have more staff members there to check if some ppl sneaked forward to kill boxes while all others are still petrified.

chests should be opened after talk with them not after aoe

 

we decided to try it in a less harmful way. when it didn't work we changed to another mode. last round everyone who ran closer to boxes than other participants was stopped and sent to jail by me, pazak and another gm in hide mode, so that was better for all. maybe now you see how ppl ask to set them free in hero chat

 

for future reference i second somebody's idea above, let it not be about dealing damage to boxes but about talking to boxes one by one, this way the only important factor is speed, not skills.
