i suppose the bug with the names on the games panel will still exist. so 256 participants means 128 arenas full. there is no way to know your enemy or his class since the names will be bugged, which means that you're not gonna have the time to take the correct buffs and put on the correct jewels and gear, while certain classes like feohs and othells play with almost the same gear vs anyone (besides the fact that they are already overpowered classes). grats amc you did the best to destroy the competition.

 

well i don't know why, but i don't have the bug all are saying about since 1 month, and the other thing i did nick "1stsurprise" so i will be always on the top of match list

 

i will collect the information regarding this "bug" if it exhists on the tournament server and will write as soon as i ve got an answer.

the nicks bug in the tournament server as well , and it's impossible to fix.

p.s i think not all have that problem.

 

it was happening to me really rare when i was playing, so i don't really know for any solution except probably improvisation once you see your opponent

 

there is no solution about this bug. the only possible solution to avoid it was the groups preliminary rounds instead this totally unfair "all vs all" thing, but that's not gonna happen. so qq to the non overpowered classes.
once the arenas on the panel are full, the next wave will have bugged their names. that's how it goes. and it doesn't matter if your name is first or last so that rename isnt actually gonna help you surprised.

rules changes # 2​

qualification stage regulating paragraphs have been added to tournament rules. also penalties for nicknames and clases mismatch were toughened:

2.13 during qualification stage participants should log on to tournament server from 4 p.m untill 5 p.m gmt+0 in order to be summoned to olympiad location.

3.13 by the end of tournament evening all participants that were summoned to olympiad location should be online in order for organizers to return them to waiting room.

6.5. participant receives three (3) penalty points in the following cases:
6.5.5 after tournament evening participant is offline and can not be summoned back to waiting room;
6.5.6 game nickname and game class of a participant`s character does not match the information on website.

the server is under maintenance at this moment, yes there will be live stream. so far alioth is one of the streamers, who confirmed his stream tonight.
