What is the training camp? This is a unique zone available to all Premium Account users. Forget killjoy grinding! The training camp will help you level your character even when you are offline! How can you get in there? NPC Recruiter is recruiting for the training camp and is welcoming every volunteer. you can find him in the towns listed below: Aden; Rune; Giran; Dion; Oren; Heine; Gludio; Goddard; Schuttgart; Talking Island Village. The npс is located at different spots in different towns. Use /target recruiter to find him quickly. Recruiter will explain to you in detail everything related to training (tell me about this place button in the main dialogue window) and calculate the results of your training. How is the training organized? Tell recruiter that you are ready and enter the camp. Your character will be ported into a closed zone with a scarecrow in the center. At the bottom right corner of the screen you will see 4 buttons: training history, exit camp, restart and exit game. The functionality of the last two buttons is identical to those in the main menu. To terminate the training press the exit camp button. To start offline training press exit game button. After entering the camp your character will automatically start hitting the scarecrow and gain xp and sp (added once per minute). Currently equipped weapons will get the Samurai Long Sword appearance. After exiting the camp, the appearance will change back to the original one. You can watch the training progress in the special window training history. Your statistics are updated on a real-time basis. The training is limited to 5 hours per day per account. This limitation is recharged at 6:30 in the morning (server time). During the training you can take as many breaks as you wish. For example, after 3-hours training you have 2 more hours to spend on training on the same day. You can exit the game and even turn your pc off and your character will continue leveling! When your training ends, the character will be ported out of the camp and you will get a notification about the end of your training. If, at the moment of zone reset at 6:30 am, your character is inside the camp, he/she will continue training. When the training is over, you can claim xp and sp you have gained and start a new 5-hour training. To get gained xp and sp talk to recruiter and push calculate my points button. You will see a dialogue window with the results of your training. Please note that you are not able to start a new training session until you claim the xp and sp earned from the previous one. If the training duration was less than 1 minute, you will not receive xp and sp. Your class does not affect the amount of xp and sp you will obtain. Attention! xp and sp bonuses are not effective in the training сamp neither during the training nor at the results calculation. Same goes for the vitality bonus. How much xp and sp can you obtain during training? Below you can find table showing how much xp and sp you can get in the training camp (it works in 5 level increments): The values are approximate and may vary slightly. Terms and Conditions Training camp is available only for Premium Account users. Only characters of levels 40 and above may enter the camp. You may level not only your main, but your dualclass and subclasses as well. Xp and sp gained during the training are individual for each class. The results calculation is made for the same class which took the training. Time limitation is affecting the whole account. You cannot train two characters on the same account simultaneously. When entering the training camp all interface windows automatically close and become unavailable until you leave the camp. You can use l2 store and chat except for the chat commands. You cannot enter the training camp: With a summoned pet or servitor; In a transformed status; With a cursed weapon; Whilst your character is in a party During the training a character cannot: Teleport or be summoned outside of the camp; Participate in the Olympiad or Ceremony of Chaos; Use mail; Use skills or items; Create a party or join an existing one. Chaotic characters can enter the training camp, but gained xp and sp will not affect their karma nor their pk count. Known issues "Acquired xp" parameter shows fractional numbers for levels 40~97. Text of the final dialogue on finishing the training is not centered. "Damage text" function is not showing text on screen if one of the account's characters is training.
soon™ this week, hopefully tomorrow. lately there was a discussion on these features on forum and i wanted the community to know the details in advance.
that exp is not enough, i love the game, but i hate grinding,i prefer lvl up with quests,it is faster.
so u pay for some bits in some server in other part of the world to change and they would prefer that u dont bother them connecting to server/eating the bandwidth while they're getting this free cash. when u think outside the box , oh man, this lineage is going so nowhere.
can i also add your "/target manager" is the worst thought of idea ever! how many "manager" is in town? pet manager , oly manager, manor manager - its just common sense.
well, that npc should have been renamed to recruiter, but maybe will be in the future. in some of its dialogues you can see the "recruiter" name.
that's true on pts he is already renamed and i am checking if he will be "manager" or "recruiter" on core.
hi! i am thinking about it and i am not totally sure in a detail. lets say i played by day, and want my char to offline continue a bit grinding (for example it is at 20:00 in the evening., so enter the camp then go to sleep. next day i break my fast, do some other stuff, then log in to the game (more than five hours passed till 6:30, and some more till i log in, lets say about 9:00 in morning). i see i have finished, can calculate my points. its ok. but what about "today's" training sessions? two and a half ours passed again (from 6:30 to 9:00)? and if passed, what is points calculated? 5 hours of day before and 2,5 today with left more 2,5 hours? or should i calculate before 6:30 not to waste a "day's" calculation of points? (like if i forget to take out a daily quest reward a day is wasted, which is not the best with this offline training). i dont really want to make offline training, get up _before_ 6:30 and calculate, go back to other business and be able to 5 more hours again. can you tell how it goes regarding this part?
it is already written in the description of the training camp that this means that your character will not have been training for those 2.5 hours because you had not yet calculated your points from the previous training session. so you can wake up, do your things, log on..calculate points and then you have a fresh 5 hours for when you leave for work
hi one training session cannot last more than 5 hours - after that time your character will be ported out of the camp. when 6:30 am (server time, gmt+2) has passed and zone has been reset you can take next 5-hour training. if it passed while your character was inside the camp - you can start the new training session right after you claim the results of the previous one. renamed to "recruiter".
you sure about that? logging an account result in disconnect all chars of that account that were online
im sure. there is few buttons when you enter training camp. like restart. logoff and quit. so i press restart, log other char. when i logged back that one who i left in training camp he was there. just you can't enter with 2 chars from same account to that camp
yep this is cool and there is always a "but"...... is this going to keep like forever and it will be only a premium advantage or is just an event thing and it has a date that it will expire ?
