i am newbie so i don't know how things are working here but i saw new lineage 2 ertheia trailer and it seems interesting to me so i decided to install and play lineage 2 , but on eu website i didnt find any announcement of upcoming ertheia update? why is that? but i found it on ncsoft website :/ maybe someone can explain it for me? is ertheia update is also coming this summer to 4games version? and one more question? or i can play on us.ncsoft lineage 2 from eu or where is ip restrictions maybe?
eu server is different than us servers. we actually belong to russian servers. that means we take the updates when the russians are giving them to us. there's no relation to ncwest about when we get any update. last update (aka epeisodion we have now) was released to us 3 months after west for some reasons. but every other update before that was released pretty much 1-2 weeks after ncwest got it since we were running pts of the new update. if you really want to try it, i would suggest you to do it here not on west for plenty of reasons. west is filled with bots, scripts and rmt while here it exists on a much much smaller scale. many people came here after they abandoned west for these reasons including me.
i see. thank you for fast answering. so right now eu is on valiance chapter and ertheia should come after few few weeks after us gets it. kay i got it. and i guess where isnt any ip restrictions in both eu and us versions. ok so i will play on eu servers. after ertheia update will come. i want to play with ertheia class.
eu (our core server) is on epeisodion update. epeisodion name came directly from korea but ncwest managed to change it to valiance (marketing reasons). no there are not any restrictions on ips between eu and na. ncwest will get ertheia in the summer (probably the next 1-2 months) and we will get it on a later date after ncwest.
sometimes like adams family but oke xd epeisodion=valiance this is just better server than ncwest (ncbot).
i can only sugggest to already start looking around in aden, you'll get to meet the players and you'll be able to farm some adena, which will be considerably harder in erethia.
