anyway i'd like to take the time to explain the simple difference between a riot and a protest

what you are doing is a form of peaceful protest:
- nonviolent resistance (nvr or nonviolent action) is the practice of achieving goals through symbolic protests, civil disobedience, economic or political noncooperation, satyagraha, or other methods, without using violence.
- civil resistance is political action that relies on the use of nonviolent resistance by civil groups to challenge a particular power, force, policy or regime.

@lempartus : mate, this game is made to make money one way or another(cant change this). but my question is : how u have balls to talk about using illegal methods while in ur ally they are wellknown ppl who made, make and will continue doing it ? reported countless times. no evidence ... yeah right?, just the right person prefers to keep his eyes closed. you started to lose ? did u thought that mb in some clans there are ppl with money ? if not - do it! the latest events can rly make u stronger with all my respect - regards.

 

obviously what lempartus (and his clan) is asking, is an environment where neither side is forced to abuse the game to get any advantage. as it is now, the only way to counter a cheat is to start cheating too, thus the reasons of this protest.

 

well, lets say that if the lempartus` dream come true ... some ppl with have ally with mucho less than "300 ppl". regards ;p

it's a huge problem, and pr nightmare for a lot of staff in innova. handling problems like bots, was a never ending war since what, c4? taking care of bot problem never was an option. you can try maintain it, but completely contaminate - not likely.

and if this is a legitimate nvr, let's try and keep it this way. flaming and talking smack never solved anything really, other than ruining a good thread with stuff that should had been said in private.

btw stop hiding finally and act for what you're payed from our money , what i can see, are just donors events and upgrades for your company basket with money and loosing community .

dear gms , the solution for the main problem of the server is to change staff, since if server continues with current , will die soon . sorry for saying this but is the truth .better go do smth else and let someone who can handle the community and i.g issues with a more effective way.

i remember how hard i loled when lempartus pasted me answer for ticket about software, where gm asked him to buy the bot and test it along with support team, with guarantee he will not get ban for such "controlled botting. hard to believe that innova cannot sell 50 more easter eggs to get enough money for 1 month subscription by their own to do necessary research to improve their product.

happily i am not part of this circus anymore, just felt the need to say smth about that.

whell anyone rising against bots and p2w madness shouldnt be flamed, even if ur enemy. because i bet that as soon as next offer in l2store both sides will go qq about it. but rly now, 1 week ultimatum? they havent fix earth tremor and other half year old bugs. what u think its gonna happen in 1 week? maybe no more alarion lf 7v7 and no more amethyst lf elronia if some bs leave server. and that's big if. thats all whats going to happen in 1 week at most. they go korea, have nice chat with the locals, etc. but ppl on server and server owners on totaly different pages, thats for sure.

 

this has been explained countless times but i will explain it again for you:
innova are the hosts of lineage ii europe and not the game developers.
innova can not edit game client files to fix bugs, this has to be done by the game developers, ncsoft korea.
innova take all reported bugs, we test them fully on our test servers to see if there is an actual bug or not and if there is a bug found then it is reported directly to the game developers who will then send a fix when they themselves have got around to fixing it. we do not have time frames given by the developers for these, sometimes they come in days, sometimes months.

first of all, gmpask did not request that you buy any software in that quote nor was anyone treating you like an idiot, he was asking your assistance on locating more information about the software being used so he can better understand how the software is working so that he and the rest of the team can be more efficient with spotting and confirming the use of this software which, correct me if i'm wrong, is what you want them to do right?

yes they do and this solves nothing as there have been given numerous reasons as to why reporting bots on the forums is pointless.
the forum staff are unable to deal with in game issues such as botting, the support staff are dealing with tickets and they can not deal with tickets or hunt bots if they have to come to the forum and check for more bot reports. it makes sense to have all the reports in one place so they can start investigating them faster no?
reporting the bots publicly then just makes the botters aware that they have been reported and can turn off any programs before the support team have managed to get to the forum and check for these reports and then go back to the game and look for them, therefore enabling them to get away with botting.
so yes threads made to report bots on the forum will be closed as there is nothing more to discuss and it needs to go through support.
the investigation process for finding and confirming the use of botting software is not always as simple as one would assume, therefore the investigation can take anywhere from minutes to months before any action can be taken towards someone but just because they are not gone within minutes/hours/days/weeks/months from your report does not mean the staff are not actively investigating these people.
botting will always exist to some degrees on any online gaming server as this is an ongoing "war" we update our anti bot software and the botters update their botting software and this goes on so i'm afraid you will never have this flawless utopia when playing any online game.

we appreciate constructive criticism/feedback but threats and flames between each other is not going to help anyone to take you all seriously.

0 respect towards players; with hate or without, lemp is here really long time, he is leader of 2nd side which partially keeps this server alive so i think he deserves some answers. no matter what.
the answers! where are the answers? why you can answer to all non important posts but when comes to kind of 'big thing' you are quiet, hiding like rats? you need to discuss what lies you gonna use? are you gonna send these questions to korea?

since lemp topic was not a threat towards you but post with conlusions about your work and future decisions of his clan caused by your decisions.
i suppose we all are unable to see threat here but we can see now that you feel scared or insulted or whatever (and it's normal because you can't feel different while doing absolutely nothing positive on server so your selfdefense starts to work without any reason) so you using your power like kids.

hard to understand we want to play this game on diffrent conditions? hard to actually do something, not just mumbling around? hard to listen what people say, what they want, what don't? if it's so hard find easier job where you don't need to think that much how to lie and where you can freely ignore peoples opinions. i recommend politics.

ps. i don't believe in using programms but all suppose to be check with proper evidences accessable for leaders of both sides of issue.

innova should start banning the bots pernamently, without possibility to play back in the same machine (computer).

 

well if things go out of hands here as it did on ncwest, i might aswell go back there - more people, more adena and gear to choose from. seems the gm's/innova don't care much for its costumers or its opinion.
