sorry but excuses like gm's are busy checking petitions is so funny it makes me choke on my own laughs .
in order to maintain a company (if the customers are rising - which is highly doubtable in here) , normal companies hire more staff to take care of business and answer competently to the upcomming questions .
if you are lacking staff - hire . cuz obviously if you wanted to speed things up , you could do it . and about vacations - i never heard more pathetic excuse of why the server is not working properly - i never heard ncwest staff "going on vacation brb 2 weeks" . but noone should expect something different , since your staff is what 3 ppl ?
just the fact as many times stated early , your company staff spends more time in the forums than doing actually something constructive for ingame matters . i mean how do you have time to give out buffs and talk with the community , answering questions to some first timmers , such as "how would i raise a wolf" and "what is the answer to the question of the pet's manager : how long a wolf lives?"

you are only late few chronicles and few events to make things better . there's no doubt half of the server quitted already and the other half is about to in conclusion for your careness about anything and anyone , unless is directly money involved - the almighty great 10th years celebration pay 2 ****ing win events , which basicaly nailed the last piece in the coffin .

you don't listen at all what people say (vide bots, vide l2 store)

well my pov is then recruit more ppl to answer and investigate tickets and checking bots ingame. they should cooperate. also would be nice if you add people with game experiences to them, would be easier to detect bots or 3rd party softwares. also add "common sense" to their job descriptions to use their brains to make a penalty to the ppl who using anything. i have to say i'm sure 80% of the community of l2 knows sites about programs for cheating. why your ppl don't? seeing chars who is doing the same actions time to time, moving on the same ways, routes makes you think surely they are live players? comon'. just common sense. i saw many times videos here about bots also myself saw bots even in towns like fishing or so. if you are not capable to make any punishment against these programs because of your law or rules don't allow common sense well then don't expect more than crying and riot anyway. people offered their help to investigate issues with softwares, you didn't take it. i'm sure you still can talk with clan leaders or ppl who knows something about this game to make a deal how to hunt bots or anything which causes this game unplayable and unenjoyable. unfortunately in your history a lot well-knowns botters, cheaters, exploiters are still playing. and i've better not talk about the adena - real money exchange which is a real thing. maybe it's a surprise for you. people are sending billions to other people. yeah that's make sense. and i'm not talking about 1-2 billions.

well actually i don't have time to play but i was playing here a year, i saw people using l2store, ebay, bugs, cheats, exploits to get any advantage. that's the nature of gamers, fortunately not all of them the same. l2 always had ways to cheat or get advantage. always. i'm not sure koreans ever wanted to make this game free from these stuffs.

is ridiculous that gm's do nothing against bots, and rmt.
onyx you should take an example form koreans, who are banning 40k accounts per month
provide us how many account has been pernamently banned for botting last month? i think is not a secret.

it's becouse they see that this is doomed, why to invest more? those l2store events was just last kicking of the purses on those who still left,

and about people which still enjoys here, why to hire more people? u still play here after all.. seems like working tactic

 

ah cmoon, u know how they look at "consult with koreans partners"? it's for them just trip and free time aka holidays and chance to visit korea, let them use ur moneys to buy some rice with chickens

 

you know that the situation got funny when known botters and ebayers are "rioting" against "enemy clan using 3rd party software".

sad part is, i can already see the staff changing the rules again just to keep the crybabies quiet. they are frustrated about losing ingame and trying to blame the cause on bots (that they use themselves). also, i don't remember anyone making riots when bs started entering epics from the ground, long ago.

this is just too funny. maybe core will be the first server ever where you can just cry to the gms and win!

being asked for a link in a support ticket where it is not on public view and posting a link on the public boards are completely different things.

i mean get serious guys, you want to "riot" about bots because you want rid of them and then you all go posting a video showing instructions for using a bot on your server...smart?

do your really think that our players are so dumb, that they cannot find video in youtube with bot software by themselves? really?

 

and you think it's a clever idea to encourage it even more by posting these links publicly? don't make it easier for them if you want to get rid of them.

 

many people who come from the american server, came for the promise that no bots and no pay for win, if we would want to have a character with equipment and level go back to the u.s., the only thing we want from this server is not a bot and not pay for win.
do not know and do not care internal discucion clan, but we see many bots and this is not what we were looking for. look forward to that soon give an answer to this issue. and support this protest

 

if you would let people talk about it, discuss, maybe more attention would get it, and solution could appear faster.

this way you just hide the problems in the background.

such a "war" in here, let me add some "bullets"
1. did u at least copy the link and send to staff before deleting it? (also deleting it won't help u too much, i think every1 can use google if u know what i mean)
2. frost got too cold? i don't think i saw frost updating for quite some time
3. why do we have to start bot hunting instead of just enjoying the game as it was intended to do, can't u have just 1 gm teleporting between farm spots (or just use normal account because i think there are programs that deactivate when gm is nearby) for few hours/day, it's not that hard
4. maybe off-topic but anyway, will the bug concerning yul archer's "quick charge" will be fixed? it's been here since they changed the skill (few chronicles back), and ofc there are many other bugs that are still here

 

i was just reading each and every post up until now. i left a 99 aeore healer on shilen leveled up without bot for a reason: i was promised a bot-free server here. before starting level up here, i spent 2 days searching for bots working here and i could only find "mentions of paid-bot working". up until this thread, i did not have the links. it's not about being dumb or smart to search, but rather about google's neural network optimizer search. if you ever received the link or had access to it somehow, it will be a lot easier for you to find it on google.
