ok so now i showed you that gm wrote here you want cm...well cmonyx also wrote here so guess not on vacation.

i'll say it again, give us ticket numbers and we will check these claims out, until then do not assume they were closed without any response.

and you can "demand" all you want, you had answers and we will not bow down to threats/blackmail from anyone just because you do not like the answers you were given.

 

deepblue, this game is a service that you provide for your customers (us). the thing, that people responsible for the game are not taking into consideration things, that their customers say, shows that these people lack knowledge about handling customers. lineage2 is a business, meaning that creators of the game are getting profits out of it. the most simple and basic rule of every business is that the customer always comes first. simple as that
customer always has a right to demand for product/service to be as good as possible

 

3 weeks? my ticket with video was there for nearly 2 months when the bots dissapeared.. dunno if they got banned or just replaced with other chars... oh i had to write in the ticket again 1month+ later so they respond

its as simple as that.. 1-2 gms(and by gms i dont mean any innova employee !!! its meant to be person who have few years experience as player) night shift is more than enough..

 

if people claim bots are logging off when they see a gm, why dont you just leave an afk char online registered to gmlist? shouldnt be too hard

 

fixed - sorry but blackmail is not within the rights of any human being and again just because people aren't happy with the answers doesn't make threats right....the answers were given, those are the only answers we can give as that is the way things are...unless you can give a magical wand that makes all investigations cleared within 30 seconds or some ludicrous time frame then it isn't going to happen...things take time it is as simple as that.

 

just so every1 know in japan(if i'm not mistaken) 2 weeks ago or so 3 ppl were arrested for cheating ingame
oh yes btw, as things go on soon some1 will just call innova in the court..
dont get me wrong i'm not threatening(if its up to me i can just go back to my other game and so be it. at least there i can pve and have fun at the same time). i also don't understand what happaned before you were banning bots and everything was fine.then i come back 1 year later and every bot possible is running wild. did u change something regarding that in the terms of agreement or smt?

 

where you see any blackmail in his post? or other posts what where about bots?

 

protip: bots doesnt receive the userinfo packet of hidden objects (eg: gm chars) they can only detect it thru /gmlist

1. what will u do with bots? how many accounts r u banned in last month ?
2. what will u do with 3rd programs user on dragons and other epics
3. when we'll see any gms after 5:00 pm in game
4. when we'll see any events in our prime time not your's ( its mean 20:00 + gmt+1)
5. when u'll find time for us and u'll join to our team speak.
6. why u dont check personally location in game, and u waiting only for tickets?

 

lemp brings a few good points there.

a number of bots that are successfully banned would be a positive step for gm's, then people can see progress being made.

its not hard to spot bot "trends" am sure if gm's visited some places you could identify possible botters.

in terms of gm activity - it has always been on the low side - why dont you look for volunteers with "moderate powers" who remain nameless and partial to help with the botting problem.

 

if you can fix these points, that means you can open new server cause people will like to play on server who have live gms and anty bot upport + old people return and you can do dimensional sieges

and what is important for your company are money if you do all these fixes you will have a lot of money from pa's just and don't need to think about some "****y boxxes pay to win"

the saddest thing about this thread is the fact that it has to be the only mmo where the company ask their player to do the police stuff for them.

never in any other game i played the administration felt the need to tell to their player than the bot population is the player's fault for not submitting enough tickets. the fact that bot will stay if players don't report them is sickening, if you only cared one bit about your customers and your image as a company this bot situation (and thus this thread) wouldn't exist.

1. ban them. we have never published this kind of information and we are not going to start now. it sounds to me that by asking this question you want to make us feel embarrassed. oh, well... the truth is, we are not publishing this kind of stuff because it can be very useful for botters.

2. yes, we have the problem. it is complicated. we are expecting a patch that will change the way you enter these instances, and solve the issue.

3. probably not. not in the near future at least. i need to ask you a question about it.
what do you expect from a gm after 5 pm? what problems would his presence solve?

4. ok, that is a good point there. it happens cause of the time difference.
now, i am not complaining, or trying to give a valid reason. i just hope that you will understand. your prime time is like 23:00 at my place and staying that late after 8-9 hours at work, most of the times is just something that i can't do (i am talking only about myself right now). anyway, it is a good point and i think we will come up with an idea of how to make it right.

5. i am afraid it is not going to happen. we use forums and support service to communicate with our players.

however, it has been on my mind during this whole week that we could use something like a council of clan leaders. still need to think everything through to prevent it from becoming a non-stop-trolling-flaming-rioting-place-where-noone-likes-each-other. just to make in useful. so, ts - no, some place where clan leaders and gms could talk - maybe, need to work on it.

6. and again, we won't publish any information about any methods we use when fighting bots. i hope the reason is clear.
