High Grade Lucky Enchant Stone fail

    hello,
    i have failed enchanting +5 to +6 with the following
    seraph helmet
    high grade enchant stone +30%
    enchant scroll +10%

    if the regular enchant is 66% then using the above should give me 100% chance.
    can you clarify if the bonus to enchant chance is additive or multiplicative? the description is not referring to this and therefore leads to misunderstanding.
    so its:
    66% * 1.4 (30%+10%) = 92.4
    or
    66% + 40% = 106%
