istina wiz ring/neckl. old istina. orfen and last ring w/e you can get. can be even seraph or coc or soul aq/baium for "resist stuns" and more mcrit dmg from nukes.

 

depends what u plan to do:
for pvp - sword + shield + knight harmony
for pve - sword + sigil or retributer + wizard harmony
for oly - retributer and sword + shield (depends clan vs u)

 

necklace ... is better old istina or blessed freya?

interesting setup for open pvp only , with loosing a lot of cspeed and crit rate for heals and decrease of chance land debuf 2 or 3 epics from this are worth to use other are def not

 

i would suggest replacing one of the con dyes with lv4 legendary. you don't need the str ( and doesn't matter if you loose some ). you will actually gain something if you replace it like that, i will leave it to you, to figure out what

dualclass you might consider lvl4 max hp cuz it stacks well with the ap hp stack (and your con idea).
mental trait is good but well; need physical trait for many stuff even more.

best necklace is for sure blessed tezza, not valakas or freya. (yes not even blessed valakas).
rest is okay like that, good mdef also or at least "fine".

subclass you dont need the patk/matk if you go pvp setup.

dyes i would go 2x wit and 1x con, if you use con at all, once again depends on your hp stacking.

but please no health weapon...

why no health weapon? i used to play with health weapon - around 85k hp in pvp setup and trust me it was very usefull - specialy if your enemies have well eqp daggers. you can reach good cast speed and matk even with health weapon. so if pvp players are comfortable with that, i dont see point why do not use it in pvp. and yes i do have lot of experiences in end game pvp.

 

because your heal power goes to zero. your job isn't to tank but to heal
if you have good dd's, they will burst down even the most stacked daggers in seconds (requires you to position well though too).
there are many protections against daggers and stacked mages will burn down any dagger.

 

your job isnt tank but your job is survive. my cp on naia was second top party in clan and trust me, enemies focused on us almost nonstop. so you need to be able survive. and about heal power, i dont think i ever had problem with that.
