problem with exchange shirt

hello
do you support the server is running? on 21/07/2014 reported problem that was created when replacing the t-shirts to this day i have no answers. when replacing the shirts on pagario's six on six shiny shiny received, but another shirt marph's enchanted 7 has functionality has lost enchant to +3. that's not why i changed shirt enchanted to +6 to lose a shirt on 7. i think it is a bug in the game and needs support interventions that do not respond to the notification. in addition, i tried to report it on the whole situation took place, but as it turned out my application for some reason has not been reported.

if yes, can you post some data so i can compare it with my own enchant history in order to figure out aprox. enchant rates?
2. are there some special lucky stones to use when enchanting power shirt?
