bug skill?

hi, help me i have a problem!
when i level up and open skill i see all skill.
i take all skill but when i open skill active for drag its in bar there arent.
this only in a char ,in another chat it is all ok.
sorry for my bad english

hai bisogno di salire di livello per sbloccare quelle competenze e quindi utilizzare dalla barra delle abilità  attiva. se non si dispone di alto livello sufficiente per imparare l'abilità  non sarà  in grado di usarlo, solo quelli che si trovano nella barra delle abilità  attiva.

 

si ma a me mancano tutte le skil lche avevo preso precedentemente come ud arrest entangle.ecc.
e quando livello le skill nuove attive non me le ritrovo tra le skill attive.

 

not sure you trolling or serious..

a) you can add only active skills
b) in that 2nd pic those skills is from future levels... get that level. learn it and you can drag it from skill table to skill bar..

 

vedo ora. forse non hai fatto il trasferimento di classe quest per ottenere nuove abilità  o avete fatto le missioni di trasferimento e la sua ancora la stessa? se è possibile visualizzare la finestra di stato personaggio di vedere cosa sta succedendo con il tuo personaggio.
