Transfer from Lilith to Core

you jokeing right? so we cant take part in oly this month.... great news rly thx... where are my points and hero status? missed in deleted files....

 

and i don't know what gear you have but afaik you killed dragons just a few times so... good luck taking back the hero status from geared ppl in core ^^

 

u meant the 50 points or what :d? is good that lilith players won't be able to join the olympiad this month, nobody in core wants to get +2 all the time;p.

you guys told lilith players that we gonna keep our hero status after transfer, if you took it away this moth give us compensation like hero status for next month

 

lost, and depending on the class you may never recover it ......

 

the problem is not that we cant play on oly or we lost our hero status... the point is that they told we will get our hero status and olympiad points. its about they told us we will, and now they telling us "sorry go play next month" if they would tell us at start "guys points will be reset and hero status will be off" then no problem. but nowe at monday we will get 10 points and then you will get +2 or -2 from old lilith community. also surprised afroniusz got really good gear like pvp set so you would be suprised that many of lilith players got 100+ pts with no problem on lilith server.

 

i am still waiting for my glow to come back;( i miss it:/

 

about olympiad points i don't see the difficulty to set 3 values in database... matchs done, points

about hero status how can you really think hero status can be kepted? 2x hero of each class? lol seriously

 

nope. hero would be one (on monument), but heros from lilith will have hero status until next period. (glow effect/skills/weapon/chat/rank). it was said that it will be like that.

hi ... i have a problem renaming my toon ... it was renamed at the first merge and it had _aria at the end of its name .. now it wont let me rename or log in .. any idea what do i need to do ?

hi. my request was answered, kinda... they told me to make characters, i did so, and answered to the staff that i did what they told, but it's been two weeks since the first message - opening a ticket and ten days after the first set of steps to follow (i did what was told in like one and a half hour after the directions swoed up ) and my charcters are still lvl 1... no transfer was really made. i've even waited patiently for the maintenance, but it didn't solved my case either. and i know for a fact that two of my friends weren't transferred as well, same time passed. what to do now?

unfortunately, there is only one option - keep on waiting. we have your ticket in our list, but there are many ticket ahead of it. i suppose, gm team will finish restoring your account by the end of next week.

 

and for the last few days i am unable to even log-in to the support panel. when i am logged on 4game and i click "support" on the bottom of the page, my browser redirects me to the support, but there is an option to "sign in". when i click on that, the page loads for about a minute and i am getting "502 bad gateway nginx" error. and i was logged in one tab to check for the answer on my question page, when i refreshed the page today there was an option to create account / log in, but my 4game details didn't match. so i am basically cut out of the informations, and my account has still lvl1 characters. come on, it's been over a month already.

any news about the work in progress? it's been over 3 months now. this is getting ridiculous. and don't even try to pull the "we offered something else" card...

"instead of transfering your characters from lilith, we can provide you with a quick start rune set (7-day) for every character that was supposed to be transfered, which contains:

xp rune iii (lv. 1-99) 50% pack (7-day)
sp rune 50% pack (7-day)
xp rune i (lv. 1-85) 100% pack (7-day)"

7-day runes for a character at lvl 98 with all subs and full gear?? in what world is it supposed to be fair? it took me months using premium account to get what i want go get back now. i've waited patiently, but something's just not right

 

hey, wake up! alomst 5 months of waiting?? at least you ould tell me, and other people, what to do. or was i magically skipped?
