Game totally freezes pc

problem started 1,5-2 weeks ago after server maintenance (i believe so).
my pc freezes while i play at random time (as far as i noticed it freezes while i party, walking through instances) with this error i cant do anything except unplug computer from power and reboot it again. tried different games and everything looks fine until i log to lineage 2. same freeze happens on hight and low details... tried everything, checked cpu, gpu temperatures (they are ok) reinstalled drivers, reinstalled game. i looked for answer to my problem in other sites but couldnt find anything like it. if anyone have any ideas what could be wrong please share.

please check what windows logs says.

please click start -> control panel -> administrative tools -> "log event status"

it's in polish but i try to visualizate it for you



now track the error using the date timestamp and check what is going on. when you double click on the log , you will get more information

 

uninstall avast antivirus if you have it

 

hi, again. i still have this problem. i don't use avast.
razzly thnx for advice but this doesn't help. logs only shows that pc shutted from power or smth like that. (im not a programmer to dig that deep). seems like i will have to try reinstalling windows which i believe cant help either.
strange thing is that i get this freeze only in action, while partying. i tried leaving game afk in towns with 3 games running and no freeze happened........... so its definitely game problems.

it may happen due to physical error of cpu or gpu. did you try your pc with another game? if not then please try it.

cpu/gpu must be tested under stress. i would also check power supply. it may be either to low or damaged.

but first check if the error happens in another game.

 

well, i reinstalled windows and still have this problem with freeze. and this problem happens only on lineage 2. i tried playing crysis 3 on ultra graphic for couple hours and it works fine. also played world of tanks (no problems too).
idk what was done with the game, but clearly its problem from server.. somehow it ***** my system.
have left 50 days of pa and cant play....... basically i must stop playing until some big update, maybe then it fixes. what a waste of time with this game :|
