    adding for example a 30day eva rune pack for each 30days pa you have on your account and etc.

    no. what arguments you need? :) what it gives? skill reuses etc.. so gl for example daggers in oly. 1-2 hits and hide. hide hide. gf i win. you want some kind of this?

    well the thing is when i see some pvp vids from this server i always see 3 healers in party for perma purge, like this 2 healer in party would be more attractive and poor dds can join cps.
    there are plenty of reasons for doing it and plenty against it, just sad that all people that vote yes do not post. xd

    that is right.

    since the next ability point skills add magic reuse, reuse time on mage classes isn't a real issue, especially because the newer buffs that will come also stack even more cooldown on top of that, so well eva rune will not be needed in the future anyway.
