Bit Annoyed with customer service

i was being harassed by someone including cursing me out and rl death threats to my family.

i put in the petition on site on the 19th, its now 5 days later and absolutely no reply.

i was under the impression it takes up to 2 days for a reply?

 

what about /block [name] ?

 

pm some moderator with ur ticket number and tell him to forward it. support this days is lazy for some reason and it takes many days to answer in tickets. it took 5 to mine.
