Mentee certificate

hello there,
after my 85 i run to make my 4th class quest,after i end it up,i didn't get mentee certificate.
some friends told me,i gonna get from mail,but still nothing.
char name: tsuyoi.can u check it pls?!

 

normally mentee certi is being awarded by mail after awakening not after completing the quest. if you indeed do not have any mail with it then you must contact support --->https://support.4game.com/ . writing it on forum is not going to help you

 

i did had.also i send "question" at support,gm pazak told me i will get it at next 24 hours,but guess..never got it,and now,none of gms answer me what should i do next since i didnt received it.i didnt expect so worthless support at "official" of that game.

 

there are many support tickets that needs to be checked and answered by the support team, that's why sometimes it might take longer to receive a response.
as elesmira said, you will not get any help from here (forum) regarding that issue.

yes after 4 days i just thought that admins are like unofficial admins saying that will help and dont do anything.!

 

according to the rules, a player gets response for his/her ticket within 10 days.
i know that waiting for an answer from gms can be irritating and we aim to answer as fast as possible, but unfortunately sometimes it takes time even if your question is a quick one. but please keep faith in us - if we can help, we will definitely do it
