Cant's see hair accessory

hi all,
is a while i don't log ingame,
doing it,
i've noticed i cannot see any hair accessory i'm wearing,
i've read that if you use beauty shop you see only your new haircut,
but i've never used beauty shop for what i remember,
and also,if i try to go to beauty and say "restore appearence",
it say,logically,that "is only available for characters that have they appearence changed".

so,
what could it be?
i try full system chek files but nothing.

press the small icon next to the accessory slot to "turn on/off hair accessory". you have it off.
