Huge Lags

hi all,
i and my gf startet here today.but we have big problems with lags.i guess ist not about isp,coz ncwest runs good.
closed antivir,firewall...dunno what else to do.
are movement lags,and freezes on hitting mobs....like swing freeze swing more freeze mob dead
so is there any port i have to open,any tool i need to install to play here proper?
i happy about all suggestions and tips

what is the error message of network diagnostic?
in order to be sure it's not firewall / antyvirus issue, please remove it from computer and than try it or ~if you have one of listed here , please try to set it up correctly

im play from germany,32k connection(regualary around 20-22)
win7
no antivir
shut down pc firewall too,
didnt helped.
check4game netwrkdiagnostic stucks @36% ,or its normal,dont move like 5 mins.
dunno if it helps,but as i downloaded the game it took around 15 min to get 1% done...may im wrong but seems some is wrong with my connection to l2.eu? just wonder why on na server works,whats the difference.
im @ work now,if i back i try again the network diagnostic (with game running????).

hi, if you had no antyvirus at all maybe your pc is full with viruses. please check your pc with some good software like kaspersky (no need to buy it , you can use 30days free subscription)

 

btw my gf use antivir spftware,but have same problem too,....so may really its about connection...

give me details about your pc. what av software are you using, do you have any router on the way?

 

what infos about the pc beside the one who listed in test(cpu+video+ram) u need?(my gf have same problems differnent and way older pc,but it works fine on na for her)

useing win 7 homepremium (original fully updated)(both of us)
avira antivir (just installed yesterday)(my gf use it always)
internetexplorer (me) and firefox (my gf)

we useing cable and not w-lan.
yes we have a router installed

dunno if its important,but i just figured out yesterday that i havent the 4game icon "yellow 4" in taskbar while game running.even frost just show the small picture and the bigger one while starting game.wasnt there i "loadingbar" on big frostpicture?

ill really like this server,even if freshly started...and hope i play enjoyable here soon...

as far as i can see, fault lies on your isp side.
they might be overloaded or node might be overloaded.
contact isp helpdesk or call them directly to fix that issue.
deutsche telekom should know the reason of the problem.

so i have to call service hotline and hope they can fix the connection to servers? telekom is so bad if it comes to services like that....but ill give it a try...any other ideas what i can do? may some config in router,networkcard?

 

there is nothing wrong on your client-side.
problem lies on deutsche telekom, you can't do anything on your own.

i have this packet loss problem too, u can try using wtfast, it gives u 30 days free trial and works fine, i have 1 year using it.

im useing premium can u start wtfast 2x one for main and one for box.didnt tested in on battleping if it work for box too.

guys, make your provider to fix that for you, according to any agreement, they have to do that, don't spend that money for routing apps!

 

i'm from venezuela, u just have to run wtfast 1 time and it will work for any amount of l2 clients as u want, the problem is if u play core and for example ncwest at the same time, u will have less lag in core because of the server u choosed in wtfast but u will be a bit lagged in ncwest

i use basic, tested advanced 4-5 months ago and i didn't notice any improve

as i said, i'm from venezuela so here u have 2 choices, use wtfast or play l2 lagged ^^
