Dual Skill certification for Yul

hi guys.soon i'll be 99 on dual and was wondering,which are the best certificates for yul(saggi)?

 

pick hp or master rage/hp on pvp based of your jewelries ofc

about pve no clue

 

no epics atm...but i`ll focus on pvp

 

pvp oriented you want the +27% skill power as yul.

 

i'd go hp.

 

anty reflect 100% 30s ftw.
u need dual class on lvl 99 to learn this skill.

 

wasn't the %proc of dual rage lame ? i think that the buff itself is a must as yul, but if it activates only every hours...

 

it procs very often for me..

 

it goes nice, but imo hp is better.

 

it depends on your gear & ap really... if you have decent gear and you have hands you don't need the hp imo. flash, dispa, hide, assassin set hide, ue, etc. you don't lack skills to keep you alive, and unless you have a ton of gear you aren't focused as far as dds goes because yul lack the dmg a dagger & feoh can output.

 

well, when all those are gone, what leaves you is hp and p/m def. m def is bad, p def now much. if ppl have full pvp set, rulers authority, tauti and etc, yeah, better put dmg.

 

thing is, if you have a **** gear you'll get destroyed in matter of seconds anyway, hp build or not. on the countrary i'd probably go hp if i had pvp set and all that jazz since you wouldnt need more dmg. i prefer get decent dmg first than decent tanking as dd since if you dont make dmg you wont be targeted, making the hp useful mostly against aoe

 

depends, some ppl like to kill the easy ones first.
