since blessed giant's lucky enchant stone: weapon (r-grade) exist allready in game and there is not much difference between failling a weapon from +8 lets say to +5 or +0 (since i believe people that oe weapons can afford some spears ewr). not to mention that we had destruction scrolls before in our server.

their "nearest future" is a relative term, they modify it whenever they need to. the "nearest future" about l2 store means you can expect it in 2-3 weeks, the "nearest future" about updates, you can expect them in 3 months;p
the nearest future and expectations means how mucho they need money. since it's a company and business.
"same" was said about top epics that it will be never in l2store, and yet you get bottles to make top epics from tarot.
