Problem with characters

there is no problem until the appearance of the character selection screen, each character in the name of containing the nick_aria when it is selected and probie run the game ends communication / asking for change of name but the name does not give changes in (attempts carried out on several forms repeatedly), a report to support team generates a response that will solve nothing and does not help (in order to resolve your issue as soon as possible please create a new character on your account with the desired name for each of your _aria characters.

does someone can explain to me what the problem is? and when it will be fixed? the problem arose when combined with the core lilith and since then somehow nobody from support innova has no intention of this statement fix

please create another character on your account with desired nickname (the nickname you want this character to have) and then post reply to your support ticket, gms will handle rest of actions to provide you your new nickname.

yes, this is a true and i don't loose this character

 

so if someone else have that nickname, that means based on nickname transfer script, system decided that you are the person that needs to change name.

you need to come up with different nickname then.
