Transfer from Lilith to Core

hello i heve some problems from time when lilith come to core i heve characters from aria to , today my old chars get _rn or something like this . all go good to time when i choice this characters . i see some window wher i must put new nick name i think i try ewrythink witsh pushing some random buttons on keyboard let me expalin : nick: rgergergerhtr or nick : erterwyrtwyt8979 , all nick is not awaible wtf .
pls some helping hand or suggestion how to resolve this rpoblem m because i hev 4 character on this strange block .

 

i didn't understand a thing but forum people can't help you with your problem (at least i think it said there is a problem). my advice is to contact the support team and contact a friend, who knows english better to help you to explain exactly what is wrong in your ticket. (don't get me wrong, my english is not good as well, but a friend can help you it to become understandable).
