btw ncwest announce ertheia one month before update i got email with info, they make big promo site + mailing to all players... hmm here info only on forum...

 

actually a mass mail to all old ex players register in innova should get a mail with ertheia update info, but looks that they are lazy even for that...

 

adding that 1 day before update, and in non official topic, just like random post
but its better then no info or again delay update

 

there will be a 4game announcement what gave you an idea there won't be one?

 

the announcement should be ready one week ago, innova knows nothing about community management.

 

maybe it was not sure they would have the update rdy for tomorrow and they didnt wanna have so many ppl saying "we told u so!". :d :d

i am pretty sure that if it wasn't for this thread we would find out about ertheia update at the "fixes during maintenance" thread.....

+1 to surprised, the words "community management" must be something unknown and extremely hard to comprehend for the gm team. something like nuclear physics...

like winemaker said, there should be not 1 week ago, but close to a month, an e-mail about the update, with patch notes etc.
not to mention advertisment at some game sites, etc.

you know, promotion. new players= more profit.

 

this company is making no advertisment of their product (game). tell me onyx, how do you want to have more players in the server? maybe if this company would hire somebody for advertisment section, you wouldn't need to do p2w events, to get profit. population makes the profit, simple thing like appearance items in l2 store would be enough.

 

pa points will be reseted?

 

epic fail at "community management" again, less than 18h till update and still not an official announcement, or patch notes, this is just mind-blowing, you're condemning this server with this incompetency...

 

did you guys ever visit ru forum? in the last update tread they have 46 pages of comments! and my point is that eu server is a small small part of innova profit making machine. so don't expect them to throw much resources (man power) in developing eu server. it's like if you have a simple stand for hot-dog and mcdonalds chain - you don't put 20 people on the stand. so don't expect much gm/cm activity here.
